Scott joined Cassidy Turley (then CTMT) in 1998 as an Office Market Specialist. Scott brought eight years of sales experience to the company, and immediately focused on Tenant Representation. In 2002, he earned the Rising Star Award; an award is given to the Cassidy Turley broker with under 5 years experience that reaches the highest production. In 2005, Scott teamed with Don Murphy to form the Murphy/Abernethy Office Group. Scott’s role expanded to include representing Institutional owners with their Greater Cincinnati office properties. Through their team approach to representing clients, Murphy/Abernethy has continued to produce in the top 10% of the company’s brokerage, while more importantly achieving positive results for all of their clients.
